Deposit Guidelines
At the time of booking, a $50 Non-Refundable Deposit is required to secure your time and date slot.
The deposit will go toward your service, and the remaining balance will be due the day of your shoot, before we begin shooting.
Late Fee Guidelines
At this time, late fees are not enforced, however, if you have a time slot of an hour, your time will not exceed the slot. So please be wary of arriving late, as someone may be scheduled after you.
Cancelation Guidelines
When needing to cancel or reschedule, please note that you have 24 hours ahead of time to let us know.
When you cancel a shoot, your deposit is forfeighted. You will not be returned your deposit.
No-call-no-show appointments will be subject to a lifetime ban from future bookings.
Turn Around Time Guidelines
Normal turn around time for pictures is 7-14 business days (not including the weekend) after you choose your pictures to be edited.
Your gallery will be ready to view within 24 hours after your shoot. After receiving your gallery, promptly choose your pictures as the longer you take to chose your pictures, the further you push the return time out.
A Rush Fee is available to be paid to receive edits within 3-4 days after shooting - +$99 (may be more depending on the number of pictures needed.)
